In its conclusion to the Lipper Award Winner 2006 Fonds-Express wrote: “An interesting product for those who are looking for an alternative and high performance method of asset growth with products similar to those used in the private banking sector”.

“The active management style, the optimum chance-risk relationship and the specific, defined and temporary attention paid to emerging markets”, are three of the core arguments for the success of “Advisory One” analyses Fleming Eibel, sales manager of Vienna’s powerfund (www.powerfund.net) in whose sales area incorporates the fund managed by Franz Weber (Advisory Invest Gesellschaft mbH). “Advisory One”, which is also registered for sales in Switzerland and Germany, has yet again proved to be Austria’s best portfolio fund.
On Thursday evening, 23.2.2006, the Lipper Awards 2006 took place in Vienna’s Museum of Young Art (MOYA Europe). Following the Tipple AAA from “citywire” – a London based info platform for investment funds – Weber was able to pocket this much sought after award as one of the best fifteen of 1500 fund managers in Austria. The Lipper award was presented for the rating as a fund with “extraordinary risk adjusted performance” and for “consistent profits” over three years, as was explained at the presentation.
In calendar year 2005 “Advisory One” gave investors a performance of 27.73 percent. When looked at over three years the result was an appealing and attractive 123.5 per cent. And all of that with an optimum relationship between risk and profits. The Sharp-Ratio was three. The fund was cause for discussion last year at powerfund: The “Wirtschaftsblatt” described “Advisory One” as the best portfolio fund in Austria in November 2005.

In the last edition of the “Wirtschaftsblatt” suppliant Investor “Portfolio Funds” were analysed, and the advantages of this fund category shown. In principle the customer is offered asset management disguised as an Investment Fund. The advantages lies in their hand: the funds manager decides – depending on the shapability of the product – autonomously how strongly investments are made in each respective asset class. The Adivisory One is conceived as a share oriented Investment Fund which invests globally which can change the level of assessement from between 0% and 100 %. Bonds and cash serve principally as an additional form of investment in order to achieve continual profits in an unattractive chance / risk situation for shares. The Advisory One is therefore suitable for private investors as an excellent tax optimal capital formation product. The fund is has also been successfully implemented in the umbrella fund area as an active, share oriented single security fund.
